Exactly. We at Stahlkunst are a German stainless steel manufactory located in Aachen, Westphalia. In the second half of the 1900s, our manufactory was founded as an industrial company specialized in stainless steel. Since then, a wide variety of workpieces made of high-quality stainless steel have been manufactured by us and shipped throughout Germany & Europe. From our beautiful fire bowls to the stainless steel planters, everything comes from our own German manufacturing, coupled with the love & expertise to stainless steel.

In the meantime, our manufactory name Stahlkunst has become a designer brand and is protected by trademark law. Many of our workpieces are protected by design law and may only be manufactured by us. First-class workmanship with excellent material quality are the characteristics that distinguish our work. 

We use high quality V2A stainless steel with a high material thickness. 3 mm material thickness is the standard for us and enables excellent product quality. As a stainless steel manufactory, the raw material is further processed and optically refined by us - our fine grinding makes the stainless steel optically more beautiful, easier to clean and more durable. Such a stainless steel grind you will find only with us and is protected.

Compared to other materials, stainless steel can be described as a "super steel". It remains rust-free, corrosion-resistant and weatherproof forever - so stainless steel workpieces last for decades and can be left outside all year round without any problems. In addition to these outstanding properties, stainless steel impresses with its elegant, extremely beautiful appearance and stands for symbolic elegance and timeless modernity. Even the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa, was finished with beautiful stainless steel. As described above, stainless steel is eternally durable and looks as good as new even after many years - and always remains very elegant. Almost no other outdoor material has these properties.

We at Stahlkunst-Manufaktur attach great importance to first-class material and workmanship quality. Our stainless steel designer pieces remain eternally rust-free, corrosion-resistant & weatherproof. This means that they can remain outdoors all year round and will impress you with their decades-long durability. 

For our popular fire bowls, we rely on a high material thickness of 3 mm high-quality stainless steel. This puts us at the top of the industry. Our fire artists, as we affectionately call them, do not warp, remain heat- and weather-resistant and rust-free. With stainless steel, just half a millimeter makes a big difference and determines whether the material remains heat-resistant and usable for years or not - so you should always pay attention to the material thickness. We deliberately opt for a very good material thickness, which of course costs a lot more to purchase - but in return you get high quality for several decades. For comparison - if we were to reduce our material thickness to 2.5 mm, we could offer our designer stainless steel fire bowl "Eccentric" for 60 - 80 € less. However, this would reduce the quality of this fantastic fire bowl enormously, which cannot be in the interests of its owner - and also not in the interests of our stainless steel manufactory, which wants to convey first-class craftsmanship. This is why 3 mm V2A stainless steel is the standard for all our fire bowls.  

Stainless steel remains, as is generally known, rust-free, corrosion-resistant & weatherproof and looks like new even after many years. The noble material should nevertheless be cleaned at regular intervals, as dust & dirt can adhere to the material over time. Furthermore, the care & cleaning of the stainless steel is also important to prevent flash rust. How do you clean the stainless steel now? 

In the trade there are special cleaners for the stainless steel - so-called stainless steel cleaner. This cleaner is adapted to the requirements of the material and cleans the stainless steel effectively & efficiently. With this you can clean the stainless steel with a microfiber cloth as needed. We as an old-established stainless steel manufactory also offer our own care set - consisting of a citrus cleaner and a stainless steel cleaner. Our care set is very powerful and cleans faster & more intensively than the cleaning agents from the hardware store. The citrus cleaner is the cleaning strong cleaning agent - spray this on the material, let it act briefly and then wipe it off. After this process, the stainless steel cleaner is used with the same procedure - the special thing about this particular cleaner is also that in addition to the intensive cleaning, a protective film is applied to the stainless steel at the same time, which temporarily protects the stainless steel from external influences after cleaning & prevents flash rust. The regular care and cleaning of stainless steel workpieces is recommended for this reason.

We guarantee that our stainless steel fire bowls will not rust through and will not thermally deform. As a manufacture, we can make just about any size. Whether in height or length - write us for this purpose a mail with your desired dimensions and your desired product. You will then receive a reply with a cost estimate from us. Also with certain wishes concerning the material or other things you can write us at any time gladly.

Yes, we also ship to Switzerland. You will see the exact shipping costs when you have added your desired products to the shopping cart and then entered your address in the checkout. As a Swiss customer you pay only the net prices.

Yes, we also ship throughout Europe - in particular to Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the Scandinavian countries (Finland, Denmark, Norway & Sweden) as well as to the United Kingdom. 

If your delivery country is not listed, please send us an e-mail to kundenservice@stahlkunst.de - delivery is almost always possible to a country that is not listed.

You are welcome to call us and order your desired products also by phone. We always need a written mail in which you confirm your order. The important thing is the written mail - the phone call is not necessary. Written orders can be paid by bank transfer to our Aachen Sparkasse account. 

If you do not have an e-mail address, you can also call us and leave your order details - we will then send you the invoice by mail. 

Of course. Please schedule the pickup before and write us an email with your order number or with the products you want. You can also pay on the spot. Mostly pickups are done from 4pm, on Saturdays even earlier. It is mandatory to make an appointment.

You will always find the best possible prices on our website - extremely affordable in relation to the quality on offer. We do not offer seasonal discounts/special promotions. Since the launch of our website, we have never offered discounts such as Black Friday deals or similar promotions - and that remains the case.
